This program will be a practical seminar, taught by a noted construction expert/consultant with more than 35 years of experience and training, instructing attorneys on the basics of reading and analyzing the plans and specifications for a construction project. This should be an extremely useful program for construction attorneys of all experience levels, but particularly so for younger attorneys who are not yet familiar with the nuts and bolts of using construction design documents to determine whether and to what extent legal arguments are supported/contradicted by them.
